Founded in the year 2019, Eartha Realtors is a solely ownedreal estate company based in Bangalore, India, led by its founder Jayashree Bakhai. After working as a single entrepreneur agent for more than a decade, Jayashree took the strategic courageous decision to modify her entrepreneurial business model & operational strategy into a real company.It is one of the real estate companies in South Bangalore to have committed for providing the best apartments, flats, commercial plots, office spaces, industrial sites, residential plot and houses to our clients. We at Eartha Realtors are ready to meet the needs of the modern buyer. We desire to make the property buying process easy and simple for our clients. The house changing process does not happen every day in one’s life. Sometimes it stays just for a while and at other times it stays for life. Our founder likes to be a part of every single deal to make sure that every business transaction with our clients is successful and a pleasant experience for both the parties. Coming with an experience of over 10 years into the real estate business today, Jayashree envisioned an opportunity to enter the real estate market in the year 2009. Initially, during her early days of the Indian Real estate brokerage industry, she was doubtful whether a woman in India single handedly entering this industry, will be able to survive in this market? However, her hard work and determination led to her successfully settling in this industry. Gaining an extensive knowledge of the landlord and tenant board, she has been a successful real estate agent today dealing in many properties at Bangalore. Jayashree has efficiently executed over 200 deals (as on in the year 2020) till date ranging in various property types.

Her exposure in the real estate industry has been enormous which started from handling small deals single handedly to establishing her own real estate company. Her clients are not limited to just the Bangalore city. She has clients from various cities in India as well as overseas clients from Dubai, USA and UK among many others too. Coming with a decade of experience in real estate market, she is capable of giving a wide range specialty and local knowledge in buying, selling and renting of properties in South Bangalore. Real Estate is not just been her  passion but it has been something that she loves to do and will continue to do till she lives. Young, determined and hard working, Meghna comes with her mothers inspiration in mind to grow and expand her mothers business. Coming with an experience from corporate backgrounds during her early days to shifting her background into the fitness industry, she loves to take up challenges and deal with the demands that life throws at her. Apart from her passions, her vision is to maximize the business interests at Eartha Realtors. Her job at Eartha Realtors is combining accounting, marketing, and business administration. She closely works with the CEO, her mother, on getting brokers, agents on board, office staff and also closely works on development, support and growth of the business.
